Over the last 24 years, Mr. Burchfiel’s real estate development experience has been associated with the conception, implementation and operations of nationally recognized master-planned communities (Las Colinas, Stonebridge Ranch and Twin Creeks). Well known for his operations and construction acumen, efficient design management and time sensitive project delivery, as well as his affiliation with nationally known development companies (Newland Communities and Arvida), Mr. Burchfiel has created numerous successful and timeless communities.

Mr. Burchfiel’s current responsibilities are to develop and manage daily operations of Marlin Atlantis’ DFW-based communities. His development and construction acumen, forward-thinking approach, personal relationships and experience in this region of North Texas are strategic to the success of these communities.

Mr. Burchfiel earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree with an emphasis in Design from Texas Tech University.
