Mr. Baker has over 30 years of real estate experience, including 16 years directing sales, marketing, operational, financial and administrative areas as director of regional offices for nationally recognized firms ranging in size from $50,000,000 to over $390,000,000, including Newland Communities and Terrabrook. He is a strategic problem-solver and an exceptional leader who focuses on maintaining a balance between effective people management, cost containment and goal attainment.

Mr. Baker's responsibility is to manage the daily operations of all real estate activity. He has a strong record of enhancing communication vehicles and implementing innovative strategies, and will ensure all of Marlin Atlantis' processes and technology are optimally used by team members to effectively acquire, entitle and develop projects. Working closely with the Marlin Atlantis team, his goal is to review and refine all procedures to enhance the company's performance.
