The founder of Marlin Land Development, LLC, Mr. Marlin has extensive experience in the acquisition, development and disposition of both horizontal and vertical construction, and has served as a senior manager for Gehan Homes, as well as a National Purchasing Manager, Vice President of Construction and Division President for Holigan Homes. Mr. Marlin develops the company’s investment strategy and oversees the design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of all the Company's programs. He is also instrumental in navigating each project through the municipal entitlement process, mitigating a significant component of the development risk.

His expertise in planning and dedication to creating quality communities that nurture family values have become cornerstones for the company’s many developments. Known for getting the job done in an effective manner with integrity and professionalism, Mr. Marlin brings a desire for excellence and an unwavering commitment to success to every venture.
