Rodney Parker
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Parker has over 10 years of extensive financial experience. His responsibilities for Marlin Atlantis include preparation of all equity and debt compliance packages, corporate and project budgets, and financial analysis for future and current projects. He also prepares corporate cash flow models, works with equity investors, and has established financial controls and procedures. He serves as a liaison with outside counsel in loan and partnership agreements, and with engineers to ensure special district reimbursements.

Having managed financial departments for both regional and national companies, he brings a level of expertise that allows him to direct the Marlin Atlantis Financial team in providing timely analyses, comprehensive financial information and accurate reporting systems.

Mr. Parker received a BS in accounting from the University of Louisiana and an MBA from Texas Christian University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
