Shad Schmid

Mr. Schmid has 11 years of experience in financial analysis, project finance and capital markets. An innovative and forward thinker, he managed leasing programs while at FedEx Kinko's, and was responsible for obtaining new sources of capital for equipment acquisitions.

He is involved in the financial management of Marlin Atlantis, ranging from the modeling of projects to better assess financial viability, equity returns, and project capital structure to preparing loan/investor offerings, loan draws and lot sales. As a leader for the entire financial team, he trains and structures the department, constantly overseeing pro forma accuracy.

Mr. Schmid earned an MBA with an emphasis in finance from Southern Methodist University.
