Steve Maglisceau
Development Manager - Houston

Mr. Maglisceau brings valuable teamwork knowledge and a "let's get it done" attitude to every project he tackles. With over 10 years of experience in the Dallas/Fort Worth construction industry, he has worked in land development, project management and construction management. With intimate knowledge of the construction process from the ground up, Mr. Maglisceau has been responsible for completing multimillion-dollar projects on time and within budgetary constraints.

His valuable experience includes work for two large national builders that operate in the Metroplex: Ryland Homes and KB Homes. He has delivered product and worked on projects to solve key issues with other builders in the Metroplex including Grand Homes, Mercedes Homes, Choice Homes, Darling Homes, Drees Custom Homes, David Weekley Homes and Paul Taylor Homes. Steve has managed multiple Homeowners Associations. His knowledge, experience and attitude bring a valuable edge to the Marlin Atlantis team.

Mr. Maglisceau earned an MBA with an emphasis in project management from the University of North Texas.
